Locking shoulders:   Please send your old L/S with any work where headspacing is required.
US compliant parts:  If you wish, I can obtain them for you,  However, why pay my mark-up when you don't have to.  I would prefer you obtain the specific parts you want and send them along with your kit. If you wish, I'll be glad to provide you with a list of compliant parts I prefer to use.
*****PLEASE READ*****
Complete kit builds:  If you ship or deliver to me a rifle kit with a receiver with the intention of having me return to you a complete & fully functioning rifle, all necessary compliant parts must be installed prior to it being returned. I cannot build, and return to you a noncompliant rifle.  Now that some portion of the Assault Weapon Ban has expired, you may now use the original muzzle device that came with your parts kit...or for that matter, pretty much ANY muzzle break or flash suppressor you wish. That is, as long as it can be retro-fitted to your barrel. And it does not have to be permanently installed.

Please include with your work: your complete name, address, phone number(s), and email address (assuming you have one).  And please be specific regarding all the work you want done.  This makes for less guesswork for me.  Please do not assume I will remember all the little details of any email or phone conversations we may have had days, weeks, or months ago.  I have many customers, and it may be several weeks before I get to your job.
